Luminous Digital Consulting respects your privacy and processes personal information in accordance with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
When you contact us via the enquiry form, WhatsApp or email, we receive the details you choose to share: typically your name, organisation, email address, contact number, area of interest and message.
How the enquiry form works
The enquiry form on this website does not store your information on our web server. When you press Send Enquiry, your details are placed into a WhatsApp message or an email in your own app, and are only sent to us when you send that message.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange discussions you request.
- To prepare proposals relating to the services you asked about.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Third parties
Messages sent via WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy terms. Email is delivered through our business email provider.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing samuel.karabo600@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
